Domain Name Registration

A URL, eg. www.yourbusiness.com.au contains the Domain Name yourbusiness.com.au that you need to buy and register before you may use it. This Domain Name is unique and, as long as you keep it registered, will be owned by you.

Costs

Happy to manage the renewal payments yourself? Then domain names costs vary according to where you purchase them - from $AU15 to $30 or more per year for a .com.au domain, for example. Australian company VentraIP has a good listing of prices here.

If you would like Black Swan IT to look after the renewals for you, add $30 per year to the cost to cover my administration, then relax and let me look after it for you.
